We have entered our 24th year of expansion at Sterling - the most successful consulting group of its kind in the World.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to tailor an individualized program for our clients to help them achieve their goals for their practice and to improve quality of life through precise application of Hubbard technology, while creating an organization and an environment that promotes, supports and rewards people for their contribution and productivity.
 

Our History

Sterling began in the back office of a dental practice in Vacaville, California in March 1983. By 1985 it had grown to a multi-million dollar organization. In July 1988, Sterling moved its offices to Glendale, California where it expanded even faster. In 1988 INC. Magazine awarded Sterling , INC. 500 status as one of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in America. In March 2007, Sterling purchased a new multi-million dollar headquarters (below) doubling its former capacity.

Our Statistics

How far have we come after 20 years? Further than any other company of its kind in the world! Let's take a look at a few of our statistics: Over 160,000 professionals and their staffs have attended our practice management seminars.

We have delivered over 70,000 administrative and personal achievement courses, based on the works of L. Ron Hubbard. According to our surveys, this management technology and hands-on training is what sets Sterling apart from other consulting groups - we train and coach professionals so they have the management skills necessary to run their practice.

Our consultants have delivered over 500,000 hours of consulting - apprenticing and coaching our clients on how to implement the management techniques which cause our clients' production to rise to unprecedented levels. We have sent consultants into over 2,500 offices to get their staff trained and get the management technology implemented in offices all over the United States.

We have won yearly international competitions nineteen times since our inception twenty years ago. We are, without a doubt, the most award-winning group of our kind in the world with over 75 local, national and international recognitions for our results.

We've come a long way since the "back office with three staff and a desk" in 1983. It took immense dedication from our staff and our clients.

We've serviced and greatly benefited thousands of very fine people. We've made a big difference and we're just beginning.
